Popular Questions:

Q: Do you read the comments?
A: Yes. We currently are a small crew, so it is difficult for us to monitor the comments daily. However, we do our best to read each and every comment posted. We love to hear what other have to say.

Q: Do you delete comments?
A: Typically I will not delete comments. However, if there is a case where a comment violates this policy, I will take action to remove the comment and deactivate the offending account.

Q: I violated the policy and my account was deactivated. What can I do to get my account reactivated?
A: These types of requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity of the violation an account may be blocked forever. However, it is possible for an account to be reactivated if an agreement has been arranged between the user and KJAKLIVE.

Comment Policy:

I encourage everyone to feel free to post their comments, rants, critiques, praise, and/or suggestions as long as it contributes to a thought provoking conversation. All comments must stay on topic (as much as possible) and every commenter is expected to respect other people’s opinions. As this site is an open community website with no age restrictions, it is important to keep things “clean.” Profanity is not permitted in posts. Any account that continually uses profanity will be deactivated. Do not personally attack or make threats to/against any other people. Offensive statements are to be avoided. Illegal content (including hyperlinks) and anything else that might otherwise violate civilized sense is not permitted. Simply put: keep it clean and friendly.

Member Profile Policy:

All registered members are provided with a personal page and the opportunity to share personal information about themselves. KJAKLIVE cautions members about the extent of the information that is shared. Member information is shared only to the groups of people that the member permits. KJAKLIVE is not responsible for members who knowingly or unknowingly share personal information on their member profile. Please be careful with the information you share.

Member profiles are a handy way for people to get to know each other. They should not be used to advertise products or share illegal or offensive material (including hyperlinks, images, and other forms of viewable and downloadable content). Posting inappropriate information on a member page is cause for an account to be deactivated and the page to be removed.

Policy Updates:

As the site grows, the community grows, and web trends change KJAKLIVE will be required to update our policy. We are constantly reviewing our policy to assure that all members are protected. It is the member’s responsibility to keep an eye on the policy for when changes are posted. KJAKLIVE does not guarantee any notification when a change of policy has been posted. Be responsible and check for updates frequently. In legal terms; policy is subject to change without notice.

Member Agreement:

By registering an account with KJAKLIVE the member agrees that they understand and have read through all of the policy guidelines. This is a binding legal agreement for the protection of the KJAKLIVE members and owners. It is not intended to offend anyone.
